Neon shiny celebi

Haven't uploaded anything in forever. Have a painful to look at, over-saturated shiny celebi!
Was trying something new with the shading.

p.s. For some reason, there is lots of confusion about shiny pokemon. Yes, you can catch a pink celebi in the games. It is possible. xD
